Project Coordinator (Marketing team) Offline
🌍 Why this role matters
At Gypsy, we believe great ideas mean nothing without great execution. As a Project Coordinator within our Affiliate Team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations moving forward — making sure that nothing falls through the cracks.
You won’t be leading projects, but you will be the connective tissue that ensures deadlines are met, teams stay aligned, and our affiliate managers are supported every step of the way. You’re organized, proactive, and calm under pressure — and you love being the one that makes things run smoothly behind the scenes.
📋 Your daily adventures
- Keep tasks on track—Monitor deadlines and deliverables across the department to ensure that everything’s moving in the right direction.
- Follow up — Send reminders, check in with stakeholders, and keep accountability alive without being pushy.
- Support the team — Assist affiliate managers with basic requests, resources, and internal process needs.
- Prep and document — Help structure meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups to keep communication clear and action-oriented.
- Stay organized — Handle day-to-day coordination and maintain simple reporting and project tracking tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally — Help facilitate communication and alignment across different teams and departments.
🧭 What makes you a great match
- You’re naturally organized, detail-focused, and love a clean checklist.
- You communicate clearly and know how to follow up without creating pressure.
- You’re supportive and reliable, and you genuinely enjoy helping others stay on track.
- You have basic knowledge of project or task management tools (like Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged — you take initiative and run with it.
- You’re comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating across time zones.
