Senior Payment Account / Tech Manager

We are looking for a Senior Payment Account / Technical Manager to join our team and take ownership of optimizing and managing our payment infrastructure across multiple GEOs. You’ll work closely with both our internal tech team and external PSPs to ensure high performance, security, and the best possible user experience at checkout.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze payment provider performance across regions (GEO-based optimization).
• Actively communicate and maintain strong working relationships with PSPs and banks.
• Implement improvements to increase the efficiency, conversion, and approval rates of our payment systems.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize payment sorting, cashier systems, and routing logic.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them as needed to relevant teams.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and collaborate with developers for new integrations and feature rollouts.
• Coordinate A/B tests and support changes to payment flows.
• Prepare and deliver daily reports to monitor KPIs and ensure the highest approval rate and payment success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry or fintech with a focus on payment systems.
• Deep understanding of payment provider APIs, cashier platforms, and risk management principles.
• Hands-on experience working with GEO-based routing, PSP analytics, and payment sorting tools.
• Strong communication skills — ability to interface confidently with both internal tech/product teams and external partners.
• Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages will be a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating new PSPs from scratch;
• Background working with cryptocurrency payment systems;
• Familiarity with KYC/AML flows related to payment UX;
• Experience in regulatory-compliant markets.
