Commercial Director Offline

INB is an international company that has been producing and selling nutraceuticals for over 5 years. We are rapidly growing across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, and are now expanding into the European market.
Our mission is to make high-quality vitamin and mineral supplements accessible for everyday health support.

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Director to help scale our business, strengthen market positions, and drive successful expansion into new regions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy;
• Oversee the sales function: set targets, monitor performance, analyze results, and support the Head of Sales;
• Work closely with the CMO and the marketing team to achieve shared commercial goals;
• Analyze new markets and lead go-to-market launches in new countries;
• Manage the commercial budget, forecast revenue, and ensure KPI achievement;
• Build and lead a strong team: hire, mentor, and motivate key talent;
• Monitor and improve commercial and operational performance.
   

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Director or similar role;
• Strong understanding of commercial operations in international markets;
• Proven track record in launching sales in new regions;
• Demonstrated success in increasing sales and achieving ambitious commercial goals;
• Structured, results-driven, analytical, and a strong team leader;
• Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration (marketing, finance, logistics).
