🔥 What You’ll Do:

  • App Engagement Strategy
    • Own and execute the in-app content calendar in alignment with IP drops, product features, and seasonal campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the product and creative teams to surface features, digital collectibles, and UGC that keep users coming back.
    • Launch creative in-app moments (e.g., streaks, challenges, content spotlights) to boost DAU and session time.
  • Push Notification & Messaging
    • Design and implement a push notification strategy that drives excitement and return visits without fatigue.
    • Create copy for segmented push campaigns based on user behavior, time zone, and collection interest.
    • Continuously A/B test timing, tone, and format to optimize open and conversion rates.
  • Email Marketing & Lifecycle
    • Develop email flows using Klaviyo (welcome series, drop alerts, re-engagement, win-backs).
    • Write and design high-performing emails that tell compelling stories about our latest IP activations and community content.
    • Report on performance and iterate on content and timing to improve engagement metrics.
  • Community Activation
    • Drive user conversations around app features, challenges, and new characters/IPs on social and in-app feeds.
    • Surface top community creations and spotlight active users to build a culture of participation.
    • Partner with the support team to route community feedback into product improvements and content ideas.
       

✨ What You Bring:

  • 2 years experience in content strategy, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or community management (experience with mobile apps preferred).
  • Familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo, OneSignal, or Braze.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for tone and timing.
  • Ability to analyze content performance and pivot strategies based on data insights.
  • Passion for fandoms, digital culture, and interactive storytelling.
     

🎯 KPIs You’ll Own:

  • Push notification open and engagement rates
  • Email campaign CTRs and conversions
  • Weekly active users (WAU), retention metrics, UGC participation
  • Community sentiment and response time
