UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a results-oriented UI/UX Designer who can move fast, make confident design decisions, and improve existing product designs with a clear focus on business impact. If you thrive on execution, iterate quickly based on feedback, and want your ideas shipped fast, we want you on our team.
This is an opportunity to work on a fast-moving, AI-powered product in the marketplace/eCommerce space where design plays a critical role in usability, performance, and user retention.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally within product companies
- Proven experience with marketplace or eCommerce platforms
- English level B2+ (strong written and verbal communication skills)
- A strong portfolio of mobile and web UI/UX designs is required
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design systems
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and current trends
- Experience with A/B testing, interpreting metrics, and optimizing design performance
- Ability to quickly assess and enhance existing designs
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to go from idea to implementation fast
- Experience or interest in AI-driven products - understanding how AI impacts UX is a big plus
- Some experience with UX research is welcome, but not the main focus

Responsibilities:

- Rapidly evaluate and improve UI/UX across core product areas
- Design responsive UI components: menus, tabs, dashboards, forms, widgets
- Generate and implement UX ideas that drive conversion and user satisfaction
- Translate concepts into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clear specs in Figma
- Collaborate with BA, developers, and AI engineers to bring design changes to life
- Support product growth through data-informed design decisions
- Optionally run lightweight tests or gather feedback to validate changes
- Ensure designs align with business goals, user needs, and AI capabilities
