Senior 3D Web Developer (Three.js / WebGL)

What You’ll Be Doing
 Design and build high-performance 3D web applications using Three.js/WebGL,
optimized for real-time interactivity.
 Develop and implement custom GLSL shaders, dynamic lighting setups, animation
systems, and smooth camera controls.
 Build interactive, game-like user experiences with responsive input handling and
engaging feedback loops.
 Optimize performance across platforms using techniques like level-of-detail (LOD),
texture compression, memory management, and lazy loading.
 Work closely with 3D artists and designers to bring concepts to life—collaborating on
Blender file exports and 3D asset integration.
 Lead frontend architecture using React.js, with clean modular code, CI/CD pipelines, and
testing best practices.
 Integrate live data through APIs, WebSockets, and multiplayer frameworks to power
real-time interaction.
 Contribute game design insights to enhance user immersion and engagement.
What You Bring
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Interactive Media, or a
related technical field.
 5+ years of front-end development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on work
with Three.js.
 Solid skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and React.js.
 Strong understanding of 3D programming: scene graphs, component-based systems,
animation blending, input handling, and camera control.
 Proficiency in GLSL shader development, post-processing effects, and physically based
rendering (PBR).
 Experience working with Blender exports, and optimizing 3D models and animations
for web deployment.

 Proven background delivering real-time interactive experiences like simulations, games,
or immersive web apps.
 Familiarity with tools like Chrome DevTools, Spector.js, and GPU profilers for
performance optimization.
 Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
 Excellent collaboration skills; comfortable working in agile teams with tools like Git.
