Project Manager (Web development + Digital) to $1000

We're looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our digital team and take ownership of web development and digital marketing projects. You'll be the link between our clients, design/dev teams, and internal stakeholders — ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and with high quality.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of web development workflows, digital marketing deliverables, and strong communication skills.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery: from scope definition and timelines to deployment and post-launch support
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: frontend/backend devs, designers, SEO specialists, marketers
• Be the main point of contact for clients: set expectations, clarify goals, lead demos and status updates
• Control budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Track tasks in project management tools (we use Trello and Google Workspace) and update documentation
• Spot and resolve blockers early, offer solutions before issues escalate

• Continuously improve workflows and help shape internal PM practices

   

What we expect

• 1+ years of experience in project management in web or digital
• Confidence working with Agile/Scrum and task-tracking tools
• Understanding of web dev basics (HTML/CSS, CMS, responsive design)
• C1 English: you’ll be talking to clients and writing specs
• High level of self-organization, ownership, and initiative
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize ruthlessly
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Bonus points for

• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital campaigns
• Experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, prompt writing)
• PM certifications or completed courses (Scrum, PMI, etc.)
• Experience working directly with founders or in a startup environment
