Senior Data Analyst (Mobile)
We’re looking for a senior-level data analyst with deep experience in mobile apps and top-tier expertise in Amplitude. You should be someone who thrives on turning behavioral data into actionable insights, understands mobile product metrics inside and out, and knows how to structure event tracking and analysis for growth, retention, and engagement. What You’ll Do:
- Own analytics and reporting across our mobile app
- Leverage Amplitude to its full potential: behavioral cohorts, funnels, retention, impact analysis, and advanced dashboards
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to guide data-informed decisions
- Define, refine, and QA event tracking plans and taxonomies
- Identify bottlenecks, drop-offs, and opportunities to optimize product experience
- Analyze A/B tests and support experimentation with clear, actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to keep stakeholders informed
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years in a data or product analyst role focused on mobile apps
- Fluency in Amplitude — you’ve used it extensively and know how to extract meaningful patterns from product data
- Strong skills in SQL (Python or R is a plus)
- Solid understanding of mobile engagement metrics (DAU/WAU/MAU, retention, churn, LTV, session behavior, etc.)
- Experience working with A/B testing frameworks
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and influence product decisions
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Firebase, Tableau, or Looker
