System Administrator Offline

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our growing team and take ownership of technical infrastructure support. This role involves working with domain and DNS management, server provisioning, access control, and hosting environments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Register, renew, and manage domain portfolios
• Work with domain registrars (e.g., Namecheap, GoDaddy, REG.RU, GCore, etc.)
• Configure and maintain DNS records, Cloudflare settings, SSL certificates, and proxy setups
• Order and manage VPS/VDS servers, track renewal dates and payments
• Keep a structured log of all technical access credentials (control panels, SMTP, proxies, etc.)
• Ensure domain and hosting services are up to date and running smoothly
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain secure and efficient technical infrastructure

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role
• Solid understanding of DNS, domain zones, SSL certificates, and hosting panels
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare, Keitaro, SMTP configurations, and proxy services
• Experience managing cryptocurrency wallets and online payment tools is a plus
• Familiarity with tech stacks in digital products (affiliate marketing, SaaS, AdTech, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Self-organized, reliable, and capable of documenting processes clearly
