We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Middle Customer Success Manager | Digital Project Manager to join our international team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring project performance, and acting as the vital link between our clients and delivery teams. You’ll be involved in every stage of the client journey — from onboarding to strategy alignment and long-term support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager within a digital or marketing agency;
- Proven track record of working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1+), with confidence in presenting ideas and handling objections;
- Strong client-centric approach with a keen ability to uncover business needs and translate them into tailored, value-driven solutions;
- High resilience, problem-solving mindset, with experience navigating complex situations and managing demanding or strategically important clients effectively;
- Understanding of key marketing services (at least 2 of them): SEO, PPC, ASO, Email Marketing, Analytics;
- Comfort working with performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPA, etc.;
A proactive approach, structured thinking, and a genuine interest in building partnerships — not just managing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship: manage communication, expectations, and strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle;
- Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure clarity on scope, delivery timelines, and execution plans;
- Understand and interpret client pain points (KYC) to proactively suggest improvements and solutions;
- Lead strategic sessions, negotiations, and presentations of company services to the clients;
- Translate client needs into actionable tasks for internal specialists and supervise execution quality;
- Monitor key project KPIs, ensuring deliverables meet both quality and business objectives;
- Oversee invoicing, budget adherence, etc.;
Analyze performance and initiate upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.
