3D Generalist (iGaming / WebGL)

We are looking for a talented 3D Generalist to collaborate on vibrant, semi-realistic assets for real-time browser games built in PlayCanvas. Our iGaming titles are visually rich and run directly in WebGL, requiring high-quality but optimized 3D content for seamless player experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create stylized and semi-realistic 3D game assets: props, UI elements, environment objects
  • Work with PBR textures (metalness/roughness workflow)
  • Export and prepare assets in .glb/.gltf optimized for WebGL
  • Test and iterate assets directly in PlayCanvas in collaboration with developers

First Project Expectations:

  • Deliver 5–10 production-ready 3D assets for a live WebGL game
  • Work closely with the team to meet both visual and technical constraints

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in 3D asset creation for games
  • Excellent skills in Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max + Substance Painter, Photoshop
  • Confident in low/mid-poly modeling, optimized topology, UV unwrapping, and LODs
  • Experience in creating assets for real-time rendering using PBR workflow
  • Understanding of WebGL technical limits and how to optimize for them

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with PlayCanvas, Marmoset Toolbag, Unity, or Unreal Engine
  • Basic rigging, lighting setup, and material configuration
  • Previous work in the iGaming industry or browser-based games

Collaboration Format:

  • Remote collaboration
  • Hourly payment based on time logs (rate depends on experience and speed)
  • Start ASAP
