๐Ÿ“Œ Project Management:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle investment and legal projects from initiation to execution.
  • Develop project plans, Gantt charts, roadmaps, and control milestones.
  • Assign tasks, track deadlines, and ensure performance across project teams.
  • Coordinate between legal, financial, and technical teams to maintain progress and accountability.
  • Maintain internal systems, data rooms, and document workflows using modern tools (Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace, etc.).

๐Ÿ“Œ Investment Packaging & Analysis:

  • Structure and package projects for investment readiness (for VC, PE, family offices, and strategic investors).
  • Prepare investor pitch decks, executive summaries, and investment memorandums.
  • Build and analyze financial models: P&L, cash flow, IRR, ROI, DCF, unit economics, etc.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and valuation analysis.
  • Support founders, CEOs, and partners in preparing for investor negotiations and due diligence.

๐Ÿ“Œ Data Room Management:

  • Build and manage structured data rooms for investor access and due diligence.
  • Collect and organize all necessary legal, corporate, financial, and operational documentation.
  • Ensure that materials meet the standards of VC, PE, and institutional investors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2โ€“3 years of experience in investment firms, venture capital funds, private equity, or family offices.
  • Proven track record in project management, investment analysis, or deal support.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and corporate structuring.
  • Experience preparing investment documentation and investor presentations.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), Google Slides, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently.
  • English โ€” upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in early-stage or growth-stage venture deals.
  • Familiarity with M&A transactions, capital raising, and startup valuation methods.
  • Knowledge of legal frameworks, equity structures, SAFE/convertible notes, and SPA/term sheets.
  • Understanding of PE, VC, and family office investment criteria and decision-making processes.
