Senior Graphic Designer

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team!


Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer;
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma;
- Experience in gambling/casino / gaming industry;
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and colour theory;
- Skills in working with brand guides;
- Experience in creating high-end creatives for marketing, UI, and social networks;
- Understanding of animation and 3D (After Effects, Spine, Blender, Cinema 4D is a plus);
- Ability to work with A/B-testing of advertising materials;
- Leadership skills, experience mentoring or coaching in a team.

Responsibilities:

- Realisation of new, large, complex, and atypical projects;
- Development of visual concepts, design elements, promotional materials, email newsletters, etc., based on brand books, templates, and design systems;
- Analysing the market, trends, and competitors;
- Solving tasks related to brand architecture;
- Participation in the development of campaigns and preparation of the project in Figma;
- Development of visual element templates; search for more efficient tools and approaches; automation of tasks;
- Studying the target audience based on test data, surveys, interviews, and other methods;
- Creating, maintaining, and supplementing design systems and brand books;
Liaising with team leaders and project managers.

Will be plus:

- Experience of working in large iGaming companies;

- 3D modelling and animation skills;

- Experience with motion design / VFX;

- Participated in creating brand guides and visual concepts;

- Awareness of trends in design and gaming industry;

- Artistic skills.
