HR Manager

Position Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Location:  (Remote / Full-time)

Department: People & Culture

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) or CEO

Position Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Human Resources function across the organization. This includes talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. As a strategic partner to leadership, the HR Manager will help scale a values-driven, high-performance culture as Quanta Tech Systems grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of high-performing technical and non-technical talent.
• Design and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and startup agility.
• Develop, manage, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Oversee employee lifecycle: performance management, promotion cycles, benefits, and offboarding.
• Promote a positive, inclusive culture with employee well-being and engagement as a top priority.
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and support legal and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.
• Monitor compensation trends and propose equity and benefits strategies aligned with market and startup growth stage.
• Use data to improve HR operations, retention, and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience working in a tech-driven startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first company.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in blockchain, AI, or Web3 environments.
• Knowledge of remote workforce best practices.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD).
