Marketing Data Analyst (Strong Middle Level)

Location: Remote

Working hours: Must be available at least until 2:00 PM NYC time (Kyiv time 14:00–22:00)

Our main marketing channels are Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

We are growing fast and are now looking for a marketing data analyst who can support the analytics system that is already set up. You don’t need to build everything from scratch β€” we need someone who can keep the system working well and fix any issues quickly if they happen.

 

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a strong middle-level analyst who:

  • knows how to work with marketing and product analytics tools (like Mixpanel, GTM, FB Pixel),
  • can understand marketing funnels and show results in simple reports,
  • can quickly check and fix problems if something stops working,
  • is responsible and can work independently,
  • wants to work in a fast-growing company and learn more.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with the development team to manage tracking and attribution tools (Mixpanel, GTM, FB Pixel, etc.)
  • Create weekly reports about marketing performance and present them to the team
  • Analyze data and suggest ways to improve the product and user experience
  • Run A/B tests for conversion pages, onboarding flows, and app store pages
  • Help find and fix tracking or analytics bugs
  • Keep data clean and correct using best practices
  • Analyze competitors and give ideas to improve our conversion rates

 

Requirements:

  • English level B1 or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in mobile app, marketing, or web analytics
  • Experience with Mixpanel, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel
  • Understanding of conversion tracking and KPIs
  • Good knowledge of Excel and SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools (like Looker Studio or Amplitude)
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage tasks independently

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with health or wellness apps
  • Familiar with Firebase, Amplitude, or other analytics tools
  • CRM knowledge (ActiveCampaign, Infusionsoft, etc.)
  • Speaks more than one language (English, Ukrainian, Spanish)

 

Interview Process:

  • Interview with HR (30 mins)
  • Interview with Operations Manager and Lead of Analytics (1 hour)
  • Interview with CEO (30 mins)
