Project Manager Offline

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in fintech or forex
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong task prioritization and time management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and a structured approach
• Confident use of task tracking and communication tools
• Basic understanding of broker operations and internal workflows

• English proficiency at intermediate level or higher

   

Responsibilities

• Manage several parallel ongoing projects in the support and enhancement stage
• Monitor deadlines and ensure processes are followed
• Maintain effective communication between internal teams (tech, marketing, client support, finance, etc.)
• Collect and organize feedback from teams, initiate process improvements
• Set and manage tasks in project tracking tool (Jira)
• Prepare regular updates on project statuses
• Keep project documentation up to date
• Participate in incident handling and perform basic initial analysis if needed
