Middle Salesforce Administrator Offline

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator.

Key responsibilities:

1. Peeklogic Jira Connector ownership:

• Onboard new customers: install the package, configure connected apps, and walk users through first-day workflows;
• Manage ongoing client relationships;
• Collect, triage and document feature requests in Jira;
• Maintain knowledge-base articles, quick-start guides and release notes.

2. Core Salesforce administration

• Build and maintain Flows, formula fields, validation rules and reports/dashboards;
• Configure Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy and Sharing Rules to keep data secure;
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations (Connected Apps, Named Credentials, API limits);
• Support data imports/exports with Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.

3. Collaboration & continuous improvement

• Partner with developers, QA and consultants to turn business requirements into workable solutions;

• Proactively look for ways to optimize user experience and system performance.

   

Wе еxpect:

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce administration;
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Formulas, etc.);
• Experience with connected apps and integrations (authorization);
• Strong understanding of data;
• The ability to work in a team;
• Communication with developers and customers;
• Excellent reporting experience;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

   

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Jira;

• Salesforce certification.
