UI/UX Designer Offline

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

AMC Bridge is seeking a UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our Design team. 

We specialize in developing advanced software solutions for the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Our expertise lies in integrating complex systems, enabling seamless data exchange, and improving digital workflows for global industry leaders. 

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces for complex desktop, web, and mobile applications, working closely with project managers, business analysts, and developers to deliver intuitive and consistent user experiences across projects. 

LOCATION: Ukraine (Remote) 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:  

2+ years of proven commercial experience in UI/UX design. 

EDUCATION:  

BS or MS in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating work on desktop, web, and mobile applications 
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Marvel, Illustrator, and Photoshop 
• Strong knowledge of design principles and usability protocols 
• Solid understanding of design systems, responsive layouts, and accessibility considerations 
• Critical thinking and strong attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Intermediate+ level of English 

NICE TO HAVE: 

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) for design handoff 
• Motion design or animation skills 
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments 

DUTIES: 

• Design and refine user interfaces for desktop, web, and mobile platforms 
• Create user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and other design assets 
• Work with and maintain UI kits and design systems to ensure visual consistency across projects 
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, development teams, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective UI solutions 
• Ensure design feasibility and support the implementation process with specifications and assets 
• Present and communicate design decisions clearly to team members and stakeholders
