Affiliate Manager (CPA Network, Software Promotion) Offline

We’re looking for proactive and experienced Affiliate Managers to join our CPA network and help promote our software products. Join a dynamic team and use the latest AI tools to make your work easier and more efficient!

What you’ll do:

• Constantly search for and recruit new publishers/webmasters and affiliates to our network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and webmasters.
• Monitor and support affiliate activities, ensuring traffic quality.
• Meet KPIs for affiliate recruitment and network growth.
• Use AI and automation tools provided by the company to streamline processes.

• Actively participate in promoting our software products.

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, CPA networks, or digital acquisition.
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms and channels for recruiting webmasters.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Russian is required (many partners communicate in Russian).
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new AI and automation tools.
• Highly organized with strong self-management skills.

• Availability and responsiveness online from 10:00 to 18:00 (Europe time zone).
