Country and Time Zone: Fully remote, flexible schedule.
Team: 5 Recruiters, 1 Recruitment Team Lead, HRD.
Recruitment Focus: Tech roles of Middle to Senior levels, primarily for international clients in the US and EU.
Project Duration: Long-term cooperation.
 

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment (outsourcing/outstaffing companies is a must);
  • Proven experience in international hiring (US, EU markets);
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English β€” both written and spoken;
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Experience in sourcing and interviewing Middle/Senior-level tech specialists;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • High level of responsibility, organization, and ownership.
