Product manager to $4000

Looking for an experienced Product Manager to manage and develop mobile utilities (VPN, Adblock, Cleaner, Browser, etc.) within our subscription business model. The goal is to strengthen product expertise, accelerate new product launches and improve LTV, Retention and Payback metrics, click2install, install2trial.


📍 Responsibilities

- Funnel development and implementation.
- Setting and prioritizing tasks for development, analytics and design team.
- Working with analytics (Firebase, Amplitude, Adapty, Appsflyer) to find growth points.
- Hypotheses: forming, launching, analyzing results.
- Building and managing the product funnel (activation, retention, monetization).
- Conducting competitive analysis.
- Interaction with designers, marketers, analysts and developers.
- Launching new applications (MVP and post-MVP phases).
- Running and maintaining A/B tests of paywalls and onboarding.


✅ Requirements

- Product Manager experience of 2 years or more in mobile products (iOS - predominantly).
- Understanding of subscription model and key metrics (LTV, CAC, ROI, Churn, Payback).
- Experience with analytics: Firebase, Amplitude, Adapty, Appsflyer.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under uncertainty.
- Ability to generate and test hypotheses.
- Experience working with A/B tests.


Desirable:
- Experience launching new products from scratch (idea → MVP → scale).
- Knowledge of the utility application market.
- Experience working with UX/UI teams.

 
💼 Terms
Format: hybrid, office in Warsaw.
Team: 40+ people (developers, designers, marketing, analytics, Q&A).
Release rate: 12-15 apps per month.
Markets: US, Canada, Australia, UK and other Tier-1 geos.
