Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively participate in the implementation of a strategic lead generation plan for sales through the LinkedIn channel.
  • Identify, research, and establish relationships with potential partners and key decision-makers.
  • Generate high-quality leads.
  • Qualify leads by assessing and aligning their needs with LineUp’s service offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective messaging and lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain and manage CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of lead engagement.
  • Develop and present reports on lead generation performance, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Work closely with existing clients to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 0,5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, within the IT services or outsourcing industry, with a Focus on LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record in generating and nurturing leads within a LinkedIn channel.
  • Experience in working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) for tracking and managing leads.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

  • Ability to analyze data and optimize lead generation strategies based on insights.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in managing partnerships and channel sales.
  • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or technology consulting.
