Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively participate in the implementation of a strategic lead generation plan for sales through the LinkedIn channel.
- Identify, research, and establish relationships with potential partners and key decision-makers.
- Generate high-quality leads.
- Qualify leads by assessing and aligning their needs with LineUpβs service offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective messaging and lead generation strategies.
- Maintain and manage CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of lead engagement.
- Develop and present reports on lead generation performance, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
- Work closely with existing clients to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 0,5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, within the IT services or outsourcing industry, with a Focus on LinkedIn.
- Proven track record in generating and nurturing leads within a LinkedIn channel.
- Experience in working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) for tracking and managing leads.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
