Performance Marketing Manager to $2000 Offline

Job Brief

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid digital acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate thrives on data, is deeply familiar with ad dashboards, and continuously tests and iterates to scale campaigns profitably. Your mission is to generate high-quality B2B leads and B2C conversions while improving campaign efficiency, reducing CPL and CAC.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across major digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion quality.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ads, targeting, bidding, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, platform-specific dashboards, and other tools.
  • Utilize automation and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, etc.) to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Generate actionable insights and regularly report campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Explore and test new paid media channels and formats to grow acquisition.
  • Own the end-to-end paid media budget, including allocation, pacing, and ROI optimization.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities, especially in crypto and fintech sectors.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on experience managing performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Proven success driving cost-effective B2B lead generation and B2C conversions.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, sales funnels, and remarketing techniques.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and attribution models.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ROI-focused environment.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
