SDR with focus on Lead Generation

You’ll work with industry-leading hardware makers and service providers, mostly in Europe and North America. Our goal is to help companies find smart, secure, and easy-to-use solutions that not only keep businesses safe but also support their growth and success.  

 

What You Will Do:  

  • Research market for potential clients and partners across the physical security industry. Identify and engage key decision-makers.  
  • Run targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, warm calls personalized and by leveraging automation and AI tools.  
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team. 
  • Keep our CRM updated according to your activities with existing and new clients. Report priorities for specific campaigns and events.  
  • Help us to organize our offline and online event activities and track their performance: 
    – Research event participants and visitors 
    – Schedule meetings at our booth / prompt to attend our talks visits in advance  

– Monitor and report on event engagement during, and after the event 

 

What We Expect:  

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in IT sphere (sales, marketing, or customer service (B2B)) 
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2+), both written and verbal  
  • Willingness to learn and grow in lead generation sphere 
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently, in a fast-paced working environment 
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar) 
  • Interest in software, tech, and/or security industries 

 

Would Be a Plus:  

  • You have a strong LinkedIn Profile and bring Sales Navigator practices   
  • You’ve already used automation & AI tools to increase your productivity  
  • Basic understanding of IoT, or physical security technologies is helpful but not required — training will be provided
