What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a driven and persuasive Business Development Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, establishing B2B partnerships, and driving revenue across Europe and beyond.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of cybersecurity, blockchain, or web/app development services
  • Pitch our solutions, close deals, and build long-term relationships
  • Represent V-Spot at online and offline networking events (optional, based on location)
  • Collaborate with our technical team to align client needs with service delivery
  • Report directly to the founders and contribute ideas for strategic growth

 

 

Ideal Candidate:

 

  • Strong communicator with a passion for sales and tech
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, tech sales, or consulting is a plus
  • Self-starter comfortable working on a commission basis
  • Fluent in English; Ukrainian is a bonus
  • Based in Ukraine (preferred but not required)
