💼 Your Responsibilities:
🔍 Identify, negotiate, and integrate PSP providers, focusing on CIS markets
📊 Monitor and optimize payment conversion across providers
📈 Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark industry practices
🧩 Manage payment cascading and routing logic to ensure efficiency
🛠 Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with PSP integrations
🤝 Build long-term partnerships with payment vendors
🌍 Represent the company at industry conferences and expos
👥 Lead and grow the PSP team with a hands-on, data-driven approach
📌 What we’re looking for:
✔️ 2+ years in a managerial position in iGaming, gambling, forex, crypto, or fintech
✔️ Deep understanding of PSP operations, gateways, and processing systems
✔️ Strong negotiation skills and a talent for relationship-building
✔️ Proven experience setting up payment processing and managing cascading
✔️ Understanding of conversion metrics and how to influence them
✔️ Willingness to travel and attend industry events

🕵️♂️ Experience in fraud monitoring and chargeback handling
