Lead Generator Manager (UpWork)

Our company constantly grows, and it is time to involve one more specialist in our organization. So, we are seeking a Lead Generation Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying Potential Clients:

Monitoring new job postings & projects on Upwork that align with the company’s target audience.

  • Proposal Creation and Submission:

Create and customize compelling proposals tailored to each client and project.

Engage in clear and effective communication with clients via the Upwork platform to build relationships and increase the chances of project acquisition.

  • Optimizing Company and Developers Profiles:

Continuously updating and enhancing the company’s profile and team members’ profiles on Upwork to improve visibility and appeal to potential clients.

  • Analysis and Reporting:

Tracking the success rate of submitted proposals and analyzing reasons for rejections & no response.

Preparing reports on completed tasks to evaluate the effectiveness of the lead generation strategy.

  • Experience with GigRadar:

Using GigRadar to automate the search for relevant projects and potential clients.

Set up and optimize scanners on GigRadar to monitor specific requests and projects that align with the Seedium expertise.

Optimizing scanners to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the results obtained.

  • Decision-Making and Accountability:

The ability to independently make decisions regarding project selection and proposal submission strategies.

Taking responsibility for the outcomes of actions taken, analyzing them, and making adjustments to improve future performance.

Key Qualifications for a Lead Generator on Upwork:

  • Analytical Skills: The ability to quickly and effectively evaluate projects and client profiles, identifying the most lucrative opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey the value of Seedium and our services and to negotiate effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple requests, projects, and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing effectively.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to swiftly adapt to changing client needs, platform updates, and evolving market conditions.
  • Platform Expertise: A deep understanding of how Upwork operates, including its rules, algorithms, and best practices for maximizing work efficiency. A commitment to staying updated with the latest Upwork algorithms and trends.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level is a must
  • 2 years of experience in the sales area
     

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with Gigradar or a similar platform
  • Experience with other lead gen platforms
  • Basic understanding of technology, frameworks
  • Experience with AI tools
