IT Project Manager Offline

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of software development projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full project life cycle: from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Coordinate and communicate with development, QA, and design teams
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and handle change requests
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables within budget and scope
• Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT/software development industry
• Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken)
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time

Nice to Have:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications
• Technical background or experience working closely with development teams
• Experience in managing remote/distributed teams
