Entry-Level Upwork Lead Generation Specialist (Growth Opportunities)

About Us

Hey there — we’re Jett Develops, a digital product design & development agency. We work with startups and scaleups in FinTech, GreenTech, SaaS, and EdTech. Our team has helped companies raise over $20M and built platforms used by Microsoft, Evergrow, and more.

We’re growing our presence on Upwork and looking for a smart, detail-oriented person to help us spot the right opportunities and send great proposals. No experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything you need to know — all documented and organized.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep an eye on new jobs posted on Upwork (we’ll give you filters to use)
• Review job posts for fit: budget, country, tech stack, etc.
• Choose the right company profile to submit from (we’ve got a few)
• Put together proposals using our templates and case studies
• Ping our team if any info is missing (like tech stack or project goals)

• Track all your work and results in our CRM

   

What We’re Looking For

• Great written English
• Strong attention to detail — you actually read what people write
• Ability to follow clear steps and improve them as you go
• Naturally curious and eager to learn
• Basic tech awareness (if you know what Figma, Webflow, or React are — that’s already a good start)

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

• Any experience with Upwork or other freelance sites
• Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, or CRMs
• Background in tech, marketing, or writing
