Requirements
- 0.5 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role in IT
- English not less than B1
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Software development lifecycle understanding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Office of Google Docs, Jira, Trello or similar, and Slack.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of team meetings, events, and activities
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for team members: monitor team vacations, office leaves and sick leaves, update customers in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain documentation and reports related to team activities: management of internal tracking System Synebo Home
- Provide monthly reports of the teamβs project to the finance department and customer
- Facilitate communication within the team to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
- Support the onboarding process for new team members, providing them with the necessary resources and guidance
- Act as a liaison between team members and other departments, ensuring effective collaboration
- Working together with a Head of Delivery and Account Managers in a resource planning
- Organize Team Buildings
Will be plus:
- Experience in project management or team coordination
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies
- Experience with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
- Experience with CRM will be a Plus ( Hubspot, Salesforce)
