Junior Team Coordinator Offline

Requirements

  • 0.5 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role in IT
  • English not less than B1
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Software development lifecycle understanding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Office of Google Docs, Jira, Trello or similar, and Slack.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of team meetings, events, and activities
  • Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for team members: monitor team vacations, office leaves and sick leaves, update customers in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain documentation and reports related to team activities: management of internal tracking System Synebo Home
  • Provide monthly reports of the team’s project to the finance department and customer
  • Facilitate communication within the team to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members, providing them with the necessary resources and guidance
  • Act as a liaison between team members and other departments, ensuring effective collaboration
  • Working together with a Head of Delivery and Account Managers in a resource planning
  • Organize Team Buildings


Will be plus:

  • Experience in project management or team coordination
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies
  • Experience with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
  • Experience with CRM will be a Plus ( Hubspot, Salesforce)
