Growth/Marketing Product Manager Offline
We are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Growth/Marketing Product Manager to help scale our product, Forex Tester Online (FTO), attract new users, and increase revenue. You will be responsible for creating innovative strategies to grow our paid user base, optimize conversion funnels, and enhance channel efficiency. If you have experience with analytical tools, running experiments, building conversion funnels, and understanding Growth Loop concepts, this opportunity is for you!
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar Growth/Product Manager role;
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level for fluent communication with clients and partners;
- Experience working with diverse geographic markets and language audiences;
- Must have experience in Forex trading; experience with cryptocurrencies, futures, or stock markets is a plus;
- Experience with analytical tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.);
- Understanding and experience with Growth Loop concepts;
Proven track record in increasing revenue for similar products.
Will be a plus
- Experience working in startups or tech companies;
- Basic programming knowledge or familiarity with automation tools;
- Experience with product analytics tools;
- Hands-on experience working with bloggers and influencers;
- Hands-on experience launching ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc;
Experience working with the Japanese market.
Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and revenue increase;
- Create new user acquisition channels (communities, podcasts, integrations, collaborations, SMM);
- Conduct A/B testing, develop and test hypotheses based on qualitative and quantitative data;
- Evaluate the potential of new markets and campaigns;
- Work with the Growth Loop concept to optimize conversion funnels;
- Implement retention strategies, extend customer lifecycle, and increase LTV;
- Prioritize growth channels and develop strategies to convert potential clients into paying users;
Conduct Customer Development Interviews to gain a deep understanding of user needs.
Performance Metrics
- Increase in the number of FTO paid users;
- Growth in FTO product revenue;
- Traffic growth from new channels;
- Revenue and ROI for new acquisition channels;
- ARPPU, LTV, and Conversion Rate per acquisition channel;
Percentage of FTO revenue generated through the specialist's managed channels.
