Responsibilities:

Full accounting and tax support for a Polish Spółka:
 

• Preparation and submission of all required financial and tax reports
• Executing payments via online banking; opening/closing bank accounts
• Tax calculation and forecasting
• Communication and coordination with Polish tax authorities
  Comprehensive support for JDG contractors:
   
• Registration and deregistration of JDG entities with the tax office and ZUS
• Assistance with opening personal/business bank accounts
• Submission of all required JDG reports: PIT, ZUS, VAT
• Monitoring of JDG income limits
• Preparation and control of primary documentation: invoices, service acts
• Providing consultations on Polish tax legislation
• When necessary, accompanying employees to government institutions and offices
  
  Requirements:
  
   
• Experience in accounting for JDG (sole proprietorship) and Spółka (companies) in
• Poland
• Strong knowledge of Polish tax legislation
• Proficiency in Polish accounting standards
• Understanding of labor law regulations in Poland
• Solid knowledge of Polish and EU VAT regulations
• Knowledge of Polish and English languages
