PR Manager - CPA network Offline

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and Execute PR Strategy:
    • Create and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy to build and enhance the Affscale brand within the global affiliate marketing industry.
    • Establish clear and measurable goals for PR campaigns, with a focus on increasing brand recognition, improving media coverage, and enhancing brand perception.
    • Align PR strategy with overall company objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Media Relations & Outreach:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other industry professionals.
    • Secure regular media coverage in relevant industry publications, podcasts, webinars, and other digital platforms.
    • Proactively pitch story ideas, press releases, and case studies to media outlets and outlets within the affiliate marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing spaces.
  • Content Creation & Messaging:
    • Develop high-quality, engaging content, including press releases, blog posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces that align with Affscale's brand identity.
    • Oversee the creation of press kits, media materials, and messaging guidelines to ensure consistent, compelling communication.
    • Support in creating content for Affscale’s website, social media channels, and other marketing materials that communicate the company's value proposition and industry expertise.
  • Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement:
    • Position key executives at Affscale as thought leaders in the affiliate marketing and CPA space by securing speaking opportunities at industry events, webinars, and podcasts.
    • Leverage industry events, conferences, and forums to increase Affscale’s visibility and brand authority.
    • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and industry experts to amplify brand messaging and drive positive sentiment.
  • Crisis Management:
    • Proactively monitor media coverage and public sentiment regarding Affscale, identifying potential PR issues and managing crisis communications effectively.
    • Develop and implement crisis communication plans, ensuring that all responses are on-brand, transparent, and timely.
  • Measure and Analyze PR Effectiveness:
    • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of PR efforts using tools such as media monitoring software, Google Analytics, and social media analytics.
    • Regularly report on the success of PR campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and stay ahead of the competition in the affiliate marketing space.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Teamwork:
    • Work closely with the marketing, business development, account management, creative, and product teams to ensure that PR activities are aligned with overall business goals.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights, create compelling stories, and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Plan and manage the logistics of PR events, such as media interviews, press conferences, product launches, and other promotional activities.
    • Represent Affscale at industry events and conferences, building relationships and enhancing the company’s visibility in the market.
  • Brand Advocacy and Community Building:
    • Build a network of brand advocates and ambassadors within the affiliate marketing community to help spread positive word-of-mouth about Affscale.
    • Foster community engagement through online forums, social media, and other interactive platforms to create a strong brand presence.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in public relations, preferably within the digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, including CPA networks, affiliate programs, and performance-based marketing.
  • Proven track record of securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists and influencers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and content.
  • Experience with crisis communication and handling sensitive public relations matters.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate the impact of PR initiatives.
  • Proficient in using PR tools, media databases, and social media management platforms.
  • A network of media contacts in the digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and technology sectors is a plus.
  • Experience in event planning and execution is preferred.
  • Excellent English. Russian is a plus.
