About the Role:
This is a full-time remote opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing support team. As a Support Manager, you will:
- Provide exceptional support to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for enhancing client experience and retention.
Analyze client feedback and support data to inform improvements in our services and platform.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for learning and a willingness to grow.
- Advanced or Upper Intermediate level of English and Russian language.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus points:
- Experience in customer support or a related field (a plus, not mandatory).
Fluency in Italian, French, or German (a valuable asset).

Monthly Base Salary:
- First Month: 375 EUR
Third Month: raise of 50-75 EUR gross is possible (dependent on client satisfaction and support metrics)
