Tokenomics Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tokenomics Project Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of tokenomic models for our mobile applications and web platforms. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the economic incentives and utility of our digital assets, driving user adoption, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop tokenomic models for mobile applications and web platforms, considering factors such as token supply, distribution, incentives, and governance.
2. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitor tokenomics.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, marketing, and legal, to align tokenomic design with business objectives and technical feasibility.
4. Define and track key metrics to evaluate the performance of the tokenomic model and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
5. Create detailed documentation, including whitepapers, technical specifications, and user guides, to communicate the tokenomic model to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Manage the implementation of the tokenomic model, working closely with development teams to ensure accurate and efficient execution.
7. Monitor and analyze the performance of the tokenomic system post-launch, identifying areas for improvement and proposing necessary adjustments.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tokenomics, blockchain technology, and the broader cryptocurrency market.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in tokenomics design, cryptocurrency project management, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency market.
3. Experience with designing and implementing tokenomic models for mobile applications and/or web platforms is highly preferred.
4. Solid understanding of economic principles.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
7. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Spreadsheet) and blockchain analytics platforms.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
9. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
10. Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to cryptocurrencies and token offerings.
