We are looking for an experienced Head of Design to lead our team of designers working on advertising materials for the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate combines strategic business thinking with a deep understanding of sales-driven design and the ability to develop a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the design team, developing their potential, and establishing high standards of visual quality
• Creating content plans for clients on the Amazon platform, considering the specifics of their business
• Distributing tasks according to the strengths of each team member to achieve maximum efficiency
• Optimizing workflows, setting realistic deadlines, and implementing design best practices
• Conducting regular training sessions and feedback sessions for continuous team development
• Personal oversight of key client projects and ensuring high-quality design
• Developing and expanding the agency’s portfolio

• Tracking Amazon trends and ensuring the competitiveness of our visual solutions

   

Requirement:

• Proven experience managing a team of designers (1+ years or 2+)
• Deep understanding of Amazon advertising design specifics
• Ability to clearly formulate technical tasks for designers
• Strategic thinking aimed at optimizing business processes
• Team development and training skills
• Ability to balance team needs and business requirements
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation tracking
• Initiative, drive, and result-orientation
