Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are establishing an R&D centre in Kyiv, and are looking for top talents to join our team.


As a QA Manager, you will lead a Manual and Automation QA team focused on ensuring the highest quality of complex distributed systems in high-load environments. Your responsibilities will be related to managing the overall QA strategy, driving process improvements, and ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage QA Teams and Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • QA Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop, and implement effective QA processes and procedures to enhance team productivity and testing efficiency
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure QA processes align with project goals, providing input and guidance on product quality
  • Test Strategy and Planning: Define comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with project specifications and timelines. Ensure coverage and efficiency in testing efforts
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, providing support and development to improve technical skills, ensuring adherence to best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment
  • Incident Management: Oversee the handling of production incidents, provide troubleshooting support, and ensure quick resolutions to minimize product impact
  • Reporting and Metrics: Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders, track and report on QA performance
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process for new QA team members, conduct interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the team


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Over 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple QA teams
  • Strong Knowledge: In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices, and QA tools
  • Test Documentation & Reporting: Expertise in creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation and reports, with strong attention to detail
  • Technical Skills: Experience in API testing, testing web applications with API integrations, and proficiency in testing tools such as Postman, Kibana, OpenSearch, and others
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and practical experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Proven ability to lead teams, develop onbording and PDP plans and providing mentorship
  • Communication: Good written and spoken English
