Project Manager (Banking) — Moldova Offline

Edenlab is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join a project for one of our partners in the banking domain, based in Chișinău, Moldova.

📌 Please note: we are considering candidates from Moldova only.
📌 Experience in banking projects (minimum 2 years) is a strict requirement.

📌 This is a hybrid role with partial remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Plan and prioritize tasks, manage resources, and monitor project progress.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business analysts, and customers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Align project goals with business objectives and client expectations.
  
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management specifically in banking projects — mandatory.
• Experience in IT or software development projects.
• Experience with Terrasoft (Creatio) is a big advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in CRM/ERP implementation projects is a plus.
