Operations Manager Offline

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the CEO and coordinate cross-departmental processes. The ideal candidate will optimize workflows, ensure efficient communication between teams, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Process operational requests and assignments from the CEO
  • Gather status updates and information from various teams
  • Prepare feedback and concise summaries based on internal reviews and communications
  • Monitor deadlines, quality standards, and teams workloads
  • Facilitate communication between departments and related areas (e.g., marketing, product)
  • Track ongoing tasks and formalize teamwork processes
  • Collaborate with all department heads (retention, analytics, sports, product, affiliates, finance, HR, legal, media buying, etc.) to document internal processes
  • Evaluate the efficiency of current processes
  • Identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements, automation, and manual work reduction
  • Oversee the implementation of changes and monitor their effectiveness and sustainability
  • Track process compliance across all departments
  • Develop control tools (checklists, dashboards, reports)
  • Conduct regular process audits and report findings to the CEO

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Experience in the iGaming industry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Business Assistant, Process Manager, or CEO Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to "stitch" teams together
  • Experience documenting and optimizing processes across various company functions
  • Systems thinking and solution-finding skills: from formalization to implementation and control
  • High level of independence and discipline; ability to work without constant task formulation
  • Ability to quickly switch between strategic tasks and microcontrol
  • English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher (for business correspondence and basic documentation)
