We’re building AI-driven fintech tools for finance managers at medium-to-large companies. Seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, test, and deploy LLM-based agents and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• build orchestration agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith
• Develop elaborate prompt-testing frameworks and automated validation suites
• Writing prompts and optimizing them
• Integrate AI components into backend services (Python + SQL)
• Collaborate with product and engineering to refine AI-driven features

Qualifications

• ≥ 2 years backend development experience (Python)
• ≥ 1 year professional AI experience with the LangChain ecosystem
• Proficient with LangSmith, LangGraph, LangChain
• Experience building and testing LLM orchestration agents
• Strong SQL skills for data integration and analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and communication
