About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join EasySoftGroup. Reporting directly to the COO, you will manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities — from recruitment and performance management to employee engagement and compliance. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms and professional networks.
- Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems (KPIs, evaluations).
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive remote work culture.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, updating as needed.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and improve processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and HR software.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Experience with remote teams or international hiring.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and benefits administration.
