Product Owner Offline

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in iGaming or gaming industries
  • Proven ability to manage full product life cycles and deliver features within deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex ideas clearly
  • Solid understanding of technical systems, business initiatives, and cross-functional team workflows
  • Deep familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of mobile web application UX/UI best practices
  • Hands-on experience with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Sharp analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for building high-quality user experiences
  • creative, innovative thinker with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, maintaining focus and clarity
  • Upper-intermediate English level (B2+ or higher), both written and spoken

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Agile-Kanban methodology and continuous delivery practices
  • Exposure to market and product research, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven product decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals
  • Translate product vision into clear use cases, user stories, and functional flow diagrams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, development, QA) to drive execution
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform product strategy and discover growth opportunities
  • Provide guidance to the development team, ensuring alignment with product goals and user expectations
  • Ensure that product releases meet quality standards, user needs, and business objectives
  • Be a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintaining transparency and shared understanding
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and efficiently navigate cross-departmental challenges
  • Help drive a culture of collaboration, learning, and shared ownership across all stages of development
