Technical Delivery Manager Offline

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a deep understanding of management principles, bright organization, analytical abilities and 5+ years of successful experience in the IT field. 

You are expected: 

• Profound theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of project management; 
• Working experience with cross-functional teams; 
• Ability to put into practice modern approaches on project management and quality control; 
• Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle 
• Researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options for each project 
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture 
• Ability to speak the same language with all stakeholders, especially from business side; 
• The perfected skills of interaction coordination between the customer and internal divisions, ability to communicate and speak the same language with the Project Team; 
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department; 
• Ability to motivate the Project Team and find an individual approach to each performer; 
• Be psychologically balanced and resistant to the fast-changing environment; 
• Excellent Team and Communication Skills; 
• Advanced level of English; 
• Agile and Scrum practices, and American outsource working experience are welcomed. 

Will be a plus: 

• Experience with scaled Agile environment (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, LeSS etc); 
• Experience with remote distributed teams; 
• Pre-sale experience; 

Responsibilities: 

• Set-up and tailor delivery process for cross-functional team(s) Define project scope, goals and deliverables; 
• Facilitate project estimations and plannings; 
• Plan project resources; 
• Create project schedule and timeline; 
• Implement and manage change when necessary; 
• Ensure constant process improvement; 
• Track deliverables; 
• Monitor and report on project status; 
• Identify and manage risks; 
• Resolve project issues; 
• Ensure project and product quality as well as customer satisfaction. 
• Interact with Lead Delivery Manager.
