Looking for a Customer/Technical Support Representative to work on a Canadian healthcare project. Full-time, remote, long-term (equipment is provided)

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, email, web-based applications, and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
  • Create and process support tickets
