What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital product design environment.
• Skillset: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Webflow. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking to develop design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and contributing to a positive team culture.
   

What You’ll Do:

• User-Centric Design: Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on enhancing user experience and customer journey.
• Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
• Market-Led Product Design: Incorporate market research and user feedback into design iterations to ensure products meet user needs and industry standards.
• Innovative Design Solutions: Utilize strategic science-led methodologies to balance creativity and functionality in UX/UI design.
• Design Systems: Create and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
