Senior Sales Manager to $2000 Offline

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives on building systems, scaling outreach, and closing deals. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing outreach strategies via LinkedIn and email, managing pipelines, and leading by example with your sales execution.

    Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, marketing services, or tech-related industries.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach strategies (e.g., Sales Navigator, personalized DMs, video messaging).
  • Proficiency with email outreach tools such as Instantly, Lemlist, Reply.io, or similar.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets (please include numbers or case studies in application).
  • Experience building and managing outbound sales sequences and CRM pipelines (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
