🎯 About the Role
We’re hiring a Fluent English Affiliate Manager (Remote) to join our team full-time. You will play a key role in managing partnerships, setting up campaigns, supporting affiliates, and—most importantly—closing deals between streamers and brands.

💼 Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with streamers and affiliate partners
• Daily communication with partners via Telegram and the internal team via Microsoft Teams
• Set up and manage affiliate campaigns through our internal platform
• Provide support for affiliate and brand-related questions
• Work with iGaming compliance standards and ensure guidelines are followed
• Proactively close new deals between our streamers and casino/betting brands
• Report weekly in a 1-hour meeting with the CEO

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliation
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Proven experience working with streamers or affiliate networks is a big plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in negotiation and closing
• Familiarity with compliance practices in the iGaming space
• Available to work full-time, remotely, and manage your own schedule
• Comfortable working in Telegram, Teams, and CRM tools
