About the role
 

Fourmeta is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team.

 

In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical specialists and actively contribute to building effective HR processes in a remote-first environment. You will play a key role in shaping our team and supporting a positive, high-performing culture.

 

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing candidates to offer and onboarding
  • Hire IT specialists (developers, designers, project managers, etc.) for outsourcing projects
  • Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs and team requirements
  • Contribute to building and improving HR processes, including onboarding, 1:1, exit interviews 
  • Support and strengthen a positive corporate culture within a distributed team
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Help optimize recruitment workflows and HR strategies

 

๐Ÿง  Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment and HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational abilities
  • Experience working with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • English โ€” Intermediate (B1+) or higher

  • Experience recruiting for outsource or tech companies
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience working in remote teams
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and tools
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes beyond recruitment
