We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead strategic design initiatives across complex SaaS platforms. This is a client-facing, hands-on role requiring both deep expertise in user-centered design and the confidence to guide stakeholders and fellow designers toward impactful outcomes.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Independently lead UX design efforts from discovery through delivery.
  • Guide UX designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct user and stakeholder interviews to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Perform heuristic evaluations and usability audits of SaaS products.
  • Conduct and document design system audits.
  • Extend and refine design systems, ensuring best practices and development readiness.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
  • Present and defend your work, clearly articulating your design rationale.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading UX design projects as a Senior UX Designer.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, research-driven design, and design systems work.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Hands-on experience conducting user interviews and usability evaluations.
  • Ability to identify and address workflow inefficiencies through journey mapping.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, libraries, auto layout, prototyping).
  • Solid understanding of accessible design and WCAG compliance.
  • Experience building or evolving scalable design systems.
  • Self-motivated, outcome-oriented, and detail-driven.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; able to work closely with U.S.-based teams.

     

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or compliance-sensitive industries.
  • Familiarity with structured investment products or financial advisor tools.
  • Experience working in Agile or sprint-based product development environments.
