AI/ML Engineer to $5000 Offline

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in designing and implementing machine learning pipelines
• Expertise in NLP for ticket classification and analysis
• Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch frameworks
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques
• Understanding of MLOps and model deployment in production environments
• Experience with containerized model deployment
• Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Previous experience with support ticket automation systems is highly valuable

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the AI engine for ticket classification and routing
• Develop solution recommendation algorithms
• Create anomaly detection systems for predictive maintenance
• Design the data pipeline for AI model training and serving
• Work with the team to integrate AI features throughout the platform
